		<description>This type of training I love.  It serves all aspects of obtaining tight abs.  It will get you winded serving as your cardio.  It is full body including your core which will stimulate hormones to produce lean muscle growth.  This will get you to drop weight quickly and develop an extremely strong core.  

One thing that I would recommend is adding weighted isolation exercises.  I usually preaching the other way because I hate programs that focus on crunches.  But this video is so far i the opposite directions I think that it is actually needed.

As I said before that you will burn fat quickly and you will build an extremely strong functional core.  Why not have the bulging six pack with it.  Add weighted crunches on the stability ball and hanging leg raises with ankle weight and those abs will be bursting through our stomach.
