hey Arnel, realy useful site you’ve made here! here’s my suggestion :
i’m already in a very good physique but would like to improve it in spesific parts. It would be interesting if you made videos on how to achieve “the perfect “something” “. for example “how to achieve the perfect and balanced chest” (my personal favourite!) in a number of weeks.
Thanks man.keep up the good work.
March 12, 2008 at 12:08 am |
I believe that the poeple trying to get a six pack already know the excercizes required to do so. Their problem is losing the fat from the front and sides of the stomach. Therefor, a great topic for the next video should be diets and how to lose the fat in order to attain a six pack.
March 12, 2008 at 12:31 am |
MY upper abs are so defined, but what i need help on is losing all of the belly fat that droops in the front. Is there anyway i can do so? If so, please make a workout for it.
March 12, 2008 at 12:54 am |
Arnel.
I love your videos. they are alot better than ebooks that is all over the webs. I have few questions.
1. how do you hook up the resistant ropes on your door way. My house has no room to hook, but showing how to do some of your excercises from home can be great tips (videos )
2. Yes lower belly fat. how to get rid of that ?
3. i don’t have a bench at home, but I do have the swiss ball, so more workouts using swiss ball would be something I lookforward to.
I admit I started about a week and have already lost 4lbs , another 20 lbs to get to my ideal body weight.
thank you again for these motivationl workout videos.

March 12, 2008 at 12:59 am |
Hey thanks so much for all this. i think a diet plan or something like that would be great!
March 12, 2008 at 1:03 am |
I suggest a Bodylastic 500 challenge, something real intense. I don’t have a bench or dumbells, but I do have these resistance bands.
I’ve been working out for about 2 months and following you for about one month. Thanks for all the quality tips, it is working.
March 12, 2008 at 1:04 am |
Hello Arnel,
I would like you to post a video of your favorite exercices for biceps and triceps, the most efectives to develop strong arms
keep up the good work!
March 12, 2008 at 1:12 am |
Hey for your next video. Ab workouts for on the go. Like when you are in the car.
More leg workouts, mainly working the inner thigh and inner quad! That is my main problem area and i have a hard time working and toning that area. If you could do a video like it. That would be great. Thanks! Keep up the great work!
March 12, 2008 at 1:12 am |
everyone refers to “belly fat”. That one thing that hides whatever you have worked hard on. The muscle is there, its just covered. That will only go away by a proper diet. Share on that. HOW do we get the body to eat the fat!!
March 12, 2008 at 1:18 am |
Hey Arnel,
I’ve been a subscriber for awhile, I must say that you are more of an inspiration, I mean how you got so fit in 3 MONTHS! Crazy, everyone I told about were like…”Scam!”
Alright so here’s my suggestion:
Me and a ton of fellow students in high school have the “blessing” of that belly fat from the grade school snackage. Myself and others I know have a lot of trouble in the lower ab area, like I am actually forming circular abs in the upper area, but in the lower abs is where the problem is, i try and try but I just never feel the burn down there, is there any good workouts just for the lower abs? Little unbalanced.
March 12, 2008 at 1:19 am |
I agree with some of the comments already made, a good diet video on how to lose the fat, or like how did you diet when you did the sixpack program.
thanks, and keep the great videos coming!!
Irene
March 12, 2008 at 1:31 am |
Hey Arnel, thanks a lot for sharing your workout programs.
I’m almost halfway with Tyler Durden exercise and am enjoying the improvements I see.
I would be interested in how you would maintain the sixpack you get after completing the 12 weeks exercise, do you do different routines or go back to say week 8 of the pogram and continue the cycle?
March 12, 2008 at 1:33 am |
Hi Arnel,
I have a motivation problem… that is what I need the most help with, feeling like there is a reason to even try.
Britt…
March 12, 2008 at 2:01 am |
Hey Arnel,
how about a video on plyometric exercies…or on on combo exercises to shorten your work out time?
thanks

March 12, 2008 at 2:05 am |
Hey, I would like to see some core training that is specific for endurance training. I’m familiar with lots of isometric stuff, but would like to see an expansion of the typical endurance core routine.
March 12, 2008 at 2:24 am |
Hey Arnel,
Dude your so awsome, and are a huge help!
I have pretty good upper abs so far, but i can’t get rid of the belly fat on my lower abs and on my hips and its driving me crazy. It’d be awsome if you can make a new video on how to target the lower abs and sides.
Thanks, Keep It Up,
Sam
March 12, 2008 at 2:40 am |
Like many others, I am very happy with the results with my upper body/abs.. my problem area has to be my lower abs/obliques… It has gotten better but i would like some advise on how bout getting rid of it.
P.S Thank you so much for all your hard work, helping everyone out!!
March 12, 2008 at 2:41 am |
Hey Arnel, I think for your next challenge you should do a bodyweight only challenge. Pushups, chinups, sit ups and stuff like that beacause anyone, no matter what equpiment they can afford, can do these types of excersizes. I think something like this would be cool.
Mike.
March 12, 2008 at 3:05 am |
Hey, I like, no love your video workouts. especially the different 300 spartan workouts. What I would like to know though, is do we have to them every day, or every other day? Because they are very tough. That’s what is still unclear. Otherwise, keep up the good work man.
March 12, 2008 at 3:24 am |
well yes i agree you should make a video showing how to lose the access weight around the abs.so the whole body can look fit.
March 12, 2008 at 3:46 am |
hey man you got some really cool stuff on these videos you have helped me and heaps of other people so thanks for that
i would really like to see a video of exercise to improve your upper body and/or lower body power to weight ratio.
thanks again… and GOOD LUCK to everyone out there trying to lose weight/gain muscle
March 12, 2008 at 4:19 am |
i reckon a work out routine to really get the abs to really pop out would be good.where you can physically touch your abs individually rather than over it.some work out routine that my pop it out.plus if you can make a work out routine for the oblix and rib areas to be more muscley, that would be nice.cheers mate.your the man
March 12, 2008 at 4:55 am |
HI Arnel
I am following up the 300 spartan work out as shown in video on daily basis( 6 days a week). I am getting a very slow result , specially the belly fat is not getting reduced .I have reduced a very little weight , although putting a lots of effort.
I dont have time to go to gym , neither am doing pull up exercise , but doing push ups different types shown in your video, followed by squat and stationary lungs and then 300 crunches ( upper abs lower abs )
Can you please suggest how to burn those belly fats and reduce more weight. However you videos are great , atleast I am doing some work out to stay fit at home .
March 12, 2008 at 5:52 am |
ARNEL, i wana come live with you and become your apprentice. Ive just finished a Master Trainer course, so now im a qualified PT. But i need to get out there and get experience. Maybe a video on how to program for the rest of your life. I.E. how you progress from one work out routine to another. Im doing your 4 month routine that you have on iwantsixpackabs.com, but once i finish that, im in the dark as what to progress on. Maybe split programs, or do i keep on full body work out just change exercise or maybe a variation of both for alternating months. I dont know. Anyways dude your a genius and i will be following you.
March 12, 2008 at 6:05 am |
I’m interested in supplements.
All the sites seem to push different products and the are soooooo many out there.
I’m not concerned about cost so if you could suggest the perfect “stack” – that would be really appreciated.
Thanks for all your help.

March 12, 2008 at 7:06 am |
Hello,
I’m doing the Tyler Durdan Workout for about a week now, and must say that I feel great after being abstinent in matters of sport for about a year now.
It’s really great to have something that works and isn’t always the same stuff to repeat, but changes every week.
I applied to a gym for 2 years in the past, and though it was nice and I built up muscles, I never had that feeling of getting “in shape” your workout gives me.
What I realized, though, ist that after the first week my chest muscles feel slightly overpowerd compared to the upper back.
I have some posture probelms anyway. Thats why I pay real attetntion during workout and it’s fine with me so far. All pains I had in my knees and back nearly vanished.
But would it be possible to integrate an exercise for the rhomboid / deltoid muscles?
I think that’s where most people have insufficience anyway from sitting all day at a desk with their heads down.
Another question is stretching. What do you think about? Is it neccessary for your workouts?
Thanks for your site, looking forward to my next visit
Fabian

hi,
u r videos r really good, i need some tips on abs work out
March 12, 2008 at 9:37 am |
hey,
i agree with Aaron Escovitz
the Dieting kinda thing is something tricky, especially the caloric deficit where i’m asking myself how much i should be dieting since i can’t really tell whether i’m already in catabolism – which would definetly not be what we want to.
greetings, oliver
March 12, 2008 at 9:43 am |
Hey Arnel,
I mailed you a few days ago but havnt got any response back. I was asking you about your different programs and how you would incoperate these with other training, such as martial arts.
Anyone got any ideas?
March 12, 2008 at 11:54 am |
I would like to see some ideas for those of us who can not afford a gym membership. I am married with three kids so as we all know the financial priority is the faminly. I own a bench press with a lat pull down bar along with the leg extension. I also have a treadmill as well. Does any one have a good circuit workout for those of us that only have limited resource’s such as my self?
March 12, 2008 at 12:01 pm |
hi arnel,
great site first of all plenty of helpful tips. i just had a read through some of the other comments and i agree that a video on who to get the prefect chest would be extremely hlepful i also would like to know how to get rid of that extra bit of fat on my abs so that there is more defention…
thanks for everything so far and keep up the good work
March 12, 2008 at 12:19 pm |
Hi Arnel:
I have one idea that would really make your training videos easier to use.
It would be great if there were a link to a text version of each routine we could print out and refer to during our workout. I for one would find this incredibly helpful.
Thanks for helping us get into the best shape of our lives,
Gilles
March 12, 2008 at 1:16 pm |

March 12, 2008 at 5:58 pm |
Hey Arnel!
I’d like to thank you a lot of things, you might not know but you have helped me a lot and I use your ideas as well as many of your excersises. I have to admit, that I’m cheating a little bit, but I got what I want and I”m still on it. Gracias!!
March 12, 2008 at 6:10 pm |
Hey!
i think that most people if they are looking to tone there stomach or need help really achiveing a great six pack arn’t focused enough on their lower abs so a routine that focuses just on that would be great thanks!!

March 12, 2008 at 7:14 pm |
There are so Many of My friends wants to get in shape…..May not need 6 packs.
It would be great, if you could have a section on people who are in age group 25-35 , Just to get in shape and very “Clear Steps” that this needs to be on step1 and so on….
Very nice work indeed
March 12, 2008 at 7:52 pm |
Arnel,
I myself am a personal trainer, and find your methods pretty useful. I am certified through ISSA, but have little experience with the use of resistance bands. I think a great “video of the week” idea is how to reach muscle hypertrophy to achieve size using resistance bands. I’m not sure if that is even possible, but I think if you know how then it would be could to compliment those new ripped abs with a nice set of arms. Now i’m not talking about bodybuilder stuff here, just enough to look like you aren’t scrawny while you are wearing clothes. I know your focus is on abs, but I would love to see what you have on this. Please think about it!!! I love what you do man!
March 12, 2008 at 10:52 pm |
Hey my websites under construction right now, anyways I have an IDEA! You could do a workout that complimets the military program for teenagers and college students called the CAP http://level2.cap.gov/documents/u_082503084254.pdf to help people get strong enough.
March 12, 2008 at 10:53 pm |
I also am appreciaive that u have these workouts for ppl
Thanks Arnel !!!!!!!!
March 13, 2008 at 1:16 am |
Hey arnel thank you for putting this site up for us. My main concern would have to be on my love handles and my belly. I really want to see more workouts about those specific areas..Cause right now i can’t work on my chest because my doctor told me to lay of it for a while i need to focus my energy on something else so that would be alot of help.
March 13, 2008 at 2:49 am |
seltzer or club soda good or bad ?carbonation ????
March 13, 2008 at 6:32 pm |
Hi Arnel,
maybe it would be great to know more about “how to eat in those 16 days”
You wrote down some tips, but maybe something more.
But I am very happy to found your site. so what ever you gonna do it will help.

March 13, 2008 at 9:23 pm |
Hey man, 1st, thanks for taking the time to post all the videos and stuff that you do.
I’d like to see something for beginners. The best way to start working out without over doing it while still pushing yourself. I think most people really know how to diet properly, it’s just a matter of doing it. What do you use for motivation? It can be hard for a new comer to get motivated when they poop out in 5 minutes. For people that are well over weight and not in any kind of shape, a beginners video would be great.
Thanks again for all the hard work you put into this.
March 14, 2008 at 3:09 am |
Hi and thanks for all the online videos. I had an idea for a video of the week. With all the various workouts, are there any routines that are infamous for being done incorrectly by most people? If so, could you feature them in a video and hopefully we can avoid injury? Thanks again.
March 14, 2008 at 3:50 am |
I think this is a great website for people who are overweight. but i for example am not. so i want to know how i can get abs without sweating as much or loosing weight. and could you give me some tips as to a work out routine for the gym? i would really apreciate it. thank you very much
March 14, 2008 at 7:31 am |
Hi, Arnel
I would love to see some pictures of the food you eat. Just to see how you’re supposed to eat properly..thx
PS. Great site, keep it up
greetings from sweden
March 14, 2008 at 3:28 pm |
Hey, Love the videos and tips, thank you very much, but i was wondering on what would be the best way to bulk up fast without using all those drugs like creatine and stuff, i’d like to use good old fashioned protien, but im not sure how much to take after and before my work outs.
March 15, 2008 at 2:34 am |
Greetings Arnel,
I love all of the workouts and your website is awesome! I am a college student Martial artist, my living quarters are a room, so I’m going to buy the Bodylastics Strongman Edition! It will be perfect for my living situation. I wanted to know:
1. If you could show some workouts that would help out a martial artist keep and increase his speed but also gain muscle.
2. If you could show a couple workouts that only use the Bodylastics that I can use per workout week so I can switch the workout up, Because that’s all I can use in my room!
(Maybe a 16 week “Strongman Body” Workout, for those of us who can’t get dumbbells and pull up bars in the room ????)
Thanks for the Consideration, and keep the great workout info coming, I have to keep on winning Martial arts tournaments!!!
March 15, 2008 at 10:54 pm |
Hi Arnel,
thanks for your videos they have really help me and the site is awesome.
My idea for a video would be a no equipment-bodyweight workout program or with common things like chairs, a table ,etc.
Thanks for everything and keep up the good work
March 18, 2008 at 6:57 am |
hey arnel,

Hey. How about training tips for people that don’t have the money to go to a gym and use some of the equipment that is seen in your videos but insteed using items at home or at a park eg. Park Bench or a Playground eg. Swinging Bars. I know as a father of two, money is pretty tight. Tips like these would help alot of people. Thank you.
March 19, 2008 at 3:16 am |
Hello Arnel,
A co-worker of mine recommended this site to me. I just started this week. Being that I am a woman, I would like to see you distinguish or recommend which workouts are BEST FOR WOMEN TO PERFORM. If you already do this, pardon me, and please refer me to that section!!
Keep up the good work!
March 21, 2008 at 4:26 pm |
Hey. I’d like to thank you Arnel for all the helpful videos and workouts that you have provided.

Thanks once again!!
March 22, 2008 at 11:39 am |

March 22, 2008 at 12:34 pm |
hey man,
Thanks again for all the previous stuff, Im a big fan of the site. I think it would be cool if you did a video on unique ways to build your chest weight/resistance band-free. Some thing sort of like strange pushups or something would be great.
Thanks

Hey Arnel. I really dig how you structure you routines. I recently added some kettlebell work in to the mix. Do you have any plans on a kettlebell routine. It’d be great. Thanks
April 7, 2008 at 12:18 pm |
Hi Arnel!
I’ve just started on your 12 week program. I’m hoping to lose weight and get some definition.
I unfortunately have small arms compared to everything else.
I can’t seem to make them grow. To add insult to injury, I have the smallest wrists there is. I can hold my wrist and my thumb and index finger touch! My chest size is 48″!
So i’d love to enlarge my forearms, biceps and triceps.
It would be great if you could help me out with that.
Thanks Arnel.
April 9, 2008 at 5:53 am |
Hey there.
I am done the 16week program, and starting the 12week Tyler DUrden one (currently on week5) and thanks for making this. there is no way i will be able to afford a 90 dollar membership to a fitnees world.. etc.
I was just wondering which of your workouts is best for gaining strength(core training compared to body building). i dont really care how big my muscles are as long as i am strong.
Thanks
