Hey guys,

Today has been really an insane day to say the least. I’ve been getting only about 2 hours of sleep per night and my body really is screaming for some zzzzzzzzzzzzz. I strongly advise that you guys don’t do this to yourself but like the song goes “For You I will”.

    Arnel, I am a police officer in england and i work in the training dept for my force. I am a physical trainer and fitness is part of my life. At 45 yrs of age I can only say that I am like a youngster when it comes to telling everyone about your site and the 16 week routine you have devised. I have followed it closely and am in the process of planning my attempt at it. Just one question, do you supplement the routine with any intense weight training or does the routine compenste for that?

    Hi Arnel my name is John 54 years of age ad have been laid up with a broken leg. Just had the cast taken off and for the least 12 weeks was not able to do anything so or i should say the only thing i was able to do was increase my body fat to a rather high level.. to embaresed to say ok 41 percent so if your system really works i am your guy to really put it to the test… and the fact of my age, you would be addressing a larger customer base so what do you say ???????

    I don’t plan to submit a video for some time, but your program is great. I am 52 yrs old and was putting on some flab. I started doing cycling, and other aerobics with a little weight lifting mixed in. Then I found your site and the difference is incredible.

    Instead of 1-2 hour workouts I am doing 35-40 minute workouts of much greater intensity and am getting stronger and slimmer every week. My blood pressure and pulse went from 135/85 and 70 to a recent checkup for a life insurance policy that showed it now at 90/62 and 48. I think I might even have abs hiding underneath there somewhere.

    I cannot progress from one workout to another in just a week, so I am sticking with #1 for the past month and gradually evovling it to #2. I am only doing sets of 5-6 chinups instead of 20. Even so the results are great. When I started I could barely do two chinups, now I just did a total of 21 this morning (6+5+5+5), and I am adding reps every week.

    I also mix in kettlebell circuits on off days, but your routine is the main focus. I am planning to stick with it as the main routine for four months and then see where I am at. Looking forward to the new site and all the reference material. I used to be into long slow aerobic workouts which were hard to fit into my schedule and nearly impossible while travelling. Your approach gives better results in both endurnace and strength and sculpting.

    Hey Arnel sounds like a great offer but, I will not be able to do the video for several reasons, one of them is last year I moved from Brooklyn NY to Amman, Jordan and Jordan doesn’t have some of the items that you have in your 16 week video, namely the elastic bands. To have them shipped to me here would be very costly. Anyway the guys video was nice, he should have had some before pics to show us. I am looking forward to the new site and hope I can afford the price :)

    I have done other programs and the results don’t compare to yours. You lay it out as it is supposed to be. I stick to your routine as is, without any changes. I am in the 10th week out of 16 week program. My abs are great! I love showing them off. Close friends and family have told me how much younger and athletic I look. I am very pleased!     Hey Arnel I just want to join the rest of this people and say that the site is great and that I wish I had found it sooner, I haven’t started ur 16 week program yet but will real soon I want to look like I did when I was in the military 6 years ago (which was my las work out too), I have the mass but lack the definition and I think that your program is just what I was looking for I don’t mind having to pay but I sure hope that you take some pitty on us fat people. I will take some before and after pictures for my self and if I get the results that I want will share with you. Thanx again for the hard work and keep it up we need the motivation

    Acabo de terminar la semana 4 y ya tengo unos resultados francamente espectaculares (ya tenia una base, llevaba 7 meses en el gym y desde siempre he hecho deporte de manera continua… pero en estas 4 semanas he notado más resultados que cuando llevaba 7 meses… con esto os lo digo todo!!!)

    Ademas de momento no hago los martes, jueves y sabados el entrenamiento opcional de intervalos.
    Intento controlarme las comidas, pero nada estricto!! intento tomar la fibra necesaria, proteina, grasas naturales…. pero si algun dia me tengo que dar un capricho me lo doy…

    Desde siempre he creido en la filosofia de Arnel, su metodo de entrenamiento aerobico por intervalos, su rutina de entrenamiento utilizando casi siempre el propio peso de tu cuerpo, balones medicinales (que se adaptan a la fisologia de cada uno, y hacen que verdaderamente tires con la abdominal…), este tipo de entrenamiento es increible y los resultados estan a la orden del dia!!! En la semana 2-3 ya veras grandes cambios.

    Para que os hagais una idea, no sirve de nada meterse palizas en el gym de 1-3 horas… eso lo unico que hace es quemarte más musculo que grasa, por lo que no es EFICIENTE.

    Adelgazar adelgazaras pero no notaras ningun cambio simplemente estaras como antes pero más delgado; porque habras gastado las reservas de grasa y tu cuerpo al agotarse estas, empieza a quemar musculo para utilizarlo como energia, entonces si vas al gym a quemar musculo en vez de a construirlo….

    Hay mucha falta de información y los propios monitores de los gimnasios… (todavia no he conocido a 1 que verdaderamente de buenos consejos… pero este es un tema aparte…)

    Arnel and Geo, Although I am not ready to show my results i just wanted to give some input, I think this would be a great promotional tool for beyond6packabs ( if you continue to provide the free sites that is ) it would give us who use the free site something to aim for if you say promote a free membership every six months or something. free users could work like crazy to be the one to get in the pay site by submitting their video. and the others who dont win that would seriously consider joining the pay site to carry on the great information they have already gathered from the free site. it gives everyone something to work for ( elite of the elite so to speak ). it could even have a special award (title: eg mr 6packabs, most improved etc) or be the feature to promote both sites (testimonial). if you havent already thought of this it may be a good way to motivate both the fitness and membership.
