Thanks, Arnel, for create this awesome training system. I’m in week 2 from iwantsixpackabs and I’m really appreciating changes on my body and in my strenght.
I had injury in my right knee a long time ago and I became weak and heavy. Running and eating well I lost some weight, but still felling weak. I found your training system and I decided to try it. I’m very satisfied with results.
I can complete this video workout without any problem.
Well, now I’ve planned to continue with the 14 remaining weeks. But I’m very satisfied with the results. Thanks again.

Wow, I’ve been following your program for about a week. I had to scale down the reps, but I can feel it working all my muscles! I will definitely sign up for the new site, thank you for a great workout routine and for giving me confidence! See you on the 13th!

Thanks, Arnel, this is a good video, and I’m in week 2, too. Well, I saw these practices in your guide. They are good and I feel a difference…I have one question: the bands, i mean the red one at the door, have they diefferent stranges ( different strong) ?? Sorry for my bad english

thats cool video but 6 monthes ago i was training in a health club and i think i can stand on my hands and some other problems with my back specially with the middel back may u send me how to get rid of the pain that kills me after every time i make some moves

First time I tried it took a little over 4 minutes 2nd time I did 1 rep less on each exercise and it came out just right. Great, I can do it almost anywhere and anytime.

on beginner video everything u did is a great work out but i purchased the body elastics and would like for to show on video how mounted yours on the door the camera doesn’t show like if it was done purpose not to show i’ll be waiting for an answer and how much is the membership fee

even i can do such exercises
but I have problems finding a store to buy the body elastics from here in Bulgaria and the shipping prices are huge so i can’t order any of them on the internet
