More Goodies!!!

Hey gang,

November 13 is only 8 days away. Can you smell it? It’s going to be a great party, a great celebration for all IwantSixPack Abs fans. It’s been a long time coming but definitely you will be more than happy when all the details are let out the bag.

Here’s somethings to look forward to…

Now the subject says more goodies, so I guess you are thinking I have a nice gift to share with you. Well you’re right. Here’s the story of how it went down.

Geo and I were having a contest where we could see who can do the most push ups. The deal was if I win you get Geo’s best special report on getting in shape that I’ve ever read. This stuff is REALLY good. If Geo won, then I would have to buy him lunch, and Geo loves to eat a good meal. =)

Well I won 45 to 34 in the push ups contest so that means that YOU win too!

    Hey I’m on this 16 week programme because i dont have a six pack, however i enjoy this website and the 300 spartan workout that iv toold everyone and they love your website, i dont know the diet routine arnel, i find food a problem because i know not to eat Junk food, but i tend to eat alot of chicken, i only way 11 stones, Got any diet exercise, what should i eat each day and waht should i ovoid?

    i can just about do 10 pushups, however i do 30 reps in sets of 10, each time an 10second brake, well im getting better at it!!

    I wll be 70 years old next friday. I have been on the 16 week program for the last 3 months with 2 two week breaks in between. I also walk 6 miles every day and since I started I have lost 22 lbs. I am beginning to see signs of 6 pack ABS that I haven’t seen for over 20 years !!!

    Hi Arnel .. I´m a Chilean guy (Chile, Southamerica) and I really enjoy your six pack web. Will I have the same benefits as the guy is USA ?

    I was following the six pack routine, but in the week 6 I had a injury and i´m still waiting for come back to your routine.

    I’ve been following this program for over 2 weeks now and the results are starting to show :) I’ve lost 5 lbs so far and can now bench 170 30 reps in a snap :) Can’t wait to see the six pack.

    how do u do i have some problems cause i tried to get the bodylastics and i failed because the delivery is too much expensive to egypt but i’m doing other exercises to get my body fit

    Hey guys,

    I did lose to Arnel but please note that I tried to win in a sneaky way.
    Arnel just finished doing one of his latest workout routines and I challenged him right after that.

    I’m sure he could have done double the amount of push ups but I wanted to increase my chances of winning.

    Oh well, maybe I’ll get him next time.

    I’d love to hear your comments about the report itself.

    Okay, I didn’t believe these claims when I first saw the site… But NOW I’m a huge believer and getting in the best shape at 48 years old that I’ve been in since I was 21!!! I’m only 4 weeks in and man oh man, what a difference!!!

    I like the article so i dont feel bad Geo lost, (sorry Geo). But i havent had much of a chance to use your program to my full advantage due to a injury so i ask please keep the site free. I will be having surgery next month so hopefully i have a fast recovery so i can get back to work.

    This 16 week challenge has been the best thing to come out ever. I am on week 7 now of the program and have lost 20 pounds so far.. Theres never a down time where i get bored with the exercises or anything. The motivation that Arnel gives out is great and I am thankful for that. I hope to reach my goal by December 24th, the end of the 16weeks with fantastic results, a better outcome in life and a healthier one as well.

    good luck, Daniel. but the last day (dec 24) is only ur last day of “classes”. ur final exam comes the next day. December 25. will you still continue your diet and exercise routine which has already proven so successful? ;) good luck to you! Geo, your report was very insipiring and encouraging. i’m 67% of the way to my goal waist size, but for some reason having trouble losing the weight itself. now, with this article, i have other, and seemingly effective, ways to lose the weight! thank you so much Geo! arnel, if u had lost, though, you couldve treated geo to a post workout whey protein shake and a banana as his reward meal! ;)

    I was always a good athlete. Did my sports on the highest level. I even been to the Olympics. Then somewhere you start slacking. You train less and less. Then you realize that your not happy with your body the way it looks. Getting started is the most difficult in combination with finding the time. Now I started the 16 weeks program and am in my 6th week. It feels great. It realy works! I recommend it to a lot of people and they become excited about the program. Thanks for sharing all of this with everybody. Keep up the great work!

    Thank you a ton for the great sites and video’s. It is hard to find a site that is not bound bent on muscle building. I am a big guy that is naturally big and just need to lean out and this workout plan is amazing. I have started the 16 week plan you did and am in the midst of week 2. I lost 8 pounds in the first week and a total of 35 pounds so far since Sept 1’st. I wish you guys the best and thank you for changing my life and the way I see myself! I won’t give up and hope to show you my abs by the summer!

    Yeah Arnel you should be doin more push-ups than 45 i still support you but it sounds a bit bullshit that with the body like yours you doin only 45 i just tried now i did 78 and it’s after hard day of work and i’m only on 6 week but yeah i was doin some fitness before the program but thats not the point still think should be more

    Arthur to respond to your message from November 6th…… I will most likely not be on the diet on the 25th or 26th but starting back up after that.
    I have ta have 2 days off and good time as any at Christmas.
