November 13th… Your Abs Will Hate You because it will be the last time they go hiding!

I liked the novel approach to the pull-ups, I definitely plan to give them a try. The only “con” to the video would be I would have liked to have seen you without the shirt in order to see your definition and get a better idea of what each movement is targeting. Otherwise, those were all new, unique moves for me.
October 31, 2007 at 7:36 pm |
The video was informative on what types of different exercises can be done using a pull-up bar, but what it didn’t tell us was what muscles were involved during each exercise or what reason someone would need to do the different types of exercise. i.e. (the____ exercise works the lats, delts, traps and biceps). Other than that I think your site is great for everyone interested in losing weight and getting in shape. A lot of hard work has gone into it already and it looks like you are busting your butt trying to get the new site up and running. I appreciate all of your hard work. Arnel,
Just wanted to follow up with you. My sixteen weeks ended last Saturday at a Halloween party where, thanks to following your program, I was able to go as a Chippendale dancer. And yes, I did a strip for my wife in front of every one. Lots of screams, whistles, etc and lots of compliments, even from folks I didn’t know. Not bad for a 45 year old, eh? Very pleased with the results.
Jim
p.s. Tomorrow morning I start my baby (40) sister on your program. I’ll keep you posted.
October 31, 2007 at 9:28 pm |
Video was good. Short, clear and to the point. You might want to go into stuff about different pull-up grips and L-Pullups (pull ups with your legs parallel to the ground the entire time)
October 31, 2007 at 9:35 pm |
the video was great and I liked how you scrolled along everything so we could seee exactly what you were talking about at the time. The only thing that I missed wass an idea on price ranges or maybe a few adjectives to describe what some of the prices may be like. That could be a scare in some cases. Not for those who are really on a mission and want to get there no matter what of course. Good stuff though.

Hello Arnel,
Great Job!! I have been waiting for something like this for over 25 years. The videos are real and to the point. I’ts using your body weight and thats they key. None of the hype generated like in some of the other exercise regimines. I am currently on my first week doing the ab routine, it’s exciting because I know it’s only a matter of time before I see the abs Iv’e been looking to attain.
Thank You and God Bless You!! Pauline Wilson

WOW… I can’t wait to see what you have stored for us. I have been a loyal member for quite sometime now.. Your workout program is simply amazing.. Thanks for everything..
October 31, 2007 at 10:58 pm |
You have done a great job of tantalizing us as to what will be coming. I am a father of 4 in my forties and I’m hoping that I will find all the info I’m looking for to regain the fitness I had prior to having a family, for the sake of my children. I’ve never wanted to be the dad that just sits and watches the kids play hard, I want to be in there myself. I can only imagine the endless hours involved in putting something like this together, keep up the great work!
October 31, 2007 at 11:46 pm |
Dont have much to say except to thank you for all the work you have put into this and to keep it up. The “exclusive” video was very neat because it showed me the “next” level of pull-ups and for something for me to shoot for on my goal to get in shape and look good. Once again thanks.
November 1, 2007 at 12:33 am |
Thank you for all your hard work. The video was good I liked the new variations of pull ups. I will give these a try as soon as I can. There wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like about the video. Keep up the hard work.
November 1, 2007 at 12:37 am |
hey, arnel… as always, your video was clear, and concise! keep it up! hoping for more core work out video… (obliques especially) thanks!

Excellent Arnel! Keep up the good work. I am pleased so far in my 4th week of the “Tyler” workout. Great pullup variations video. I want to extend a personal thank you for offering your great approach through FREE video clips showing how to do the exercises for us amateurs. Just to let you know, I have invested in the bodylastics bands and probably in the pull up bar soon! Thanks again, and keep up the good work – and I have been spreading the word!

Good video but I am afraid I cannot do a pullup with a wide grip at least not yet.
November 1, 2007 at 1:44 am |
I think the website is awesome and look forward to seeing the Exclusive Downloads .
The video didn’t say how many reps should be done per set.
If you weight alot is it possible to pull up your weight…….. Pull out alternatives ?
November 1, 2007 at 2:55 am |
Hey Arnel,
You’re doing an excellent job. The demonstrations are very useful and the selection of exercises you’ve adopted are certainly innovative. Keep up the great work! No criticisms from my end, only praise.
November 1, 2007 at 3:48 am |

I would like to say that i enjoy your vids. They give me a goal to strive for.I have just started your workout program. I am in my first week so i know what to look forward to. My only dislike is that i can’t show out like that myself….lol. Keep up the great work and thanks.
November 1, 2007 at 5:29 am |
I think it gives a refreshing variety to a age-old excercise. I am in the 7th week of one of your workouts and it is proving itself nicely. Thank you, and I will post the starting, middle, and end results when I am done. So far, so good. Thanks again
Tyler
November 1, 2007 at 5:39 am |
Arnel,
You came through as promised! I like the video and the fact that’s it’s free for us to view and to download. I’ve already begun using your workout routine since I found your website on UTUBE. You have a very unique approach to providing a variety of awesome workouts. That translates to no time wasted in the gym waiting for equipment. You give those of us interested in targeting fat and gaining lean, ripped muscle an alternative that produces fast results. In two weeks, both me and my son are seeing great results with fat loss. I can hardly wait to get access to your new site and achieving results like you’ve demonstrated. Thanks for leading by example.

Extremely Good, I dont Know What to Say you are the Guru, of workout’s.
and the way you show the detail of your workout to normal/working people i think this is the best motivation,
Show some thing on Forearm workout if it is possible.

When I recieved the mail I just said, man thats awesome, and I would like to thank you for your hard work on the website, I am still following the routine and I am really excited about seeing the new site. About the video it was cool, and in some points I agree with the other posters maybe if you could do it with a slaveless shirt or shirtless so you can show us which muscles are working on the exercise along with a brief explanation on “What-are-we-working-on” would raise the score from 9/10 to 11/10!
Thank you again Arnel!
Good luck and congrats on the site you are great!
November 1, 2007 at 6:08 am |
awesome mann!!
thanks alot for your help and all hardwork. this is really a kool video. i cant even do these pull ups with sumone helping me by raising my legs from below.
Excellent work for people who wanna “Achieve”. Keep it up!!
wish you luck

Arnel, Ive been going at your plan for nealy three months now, and to be honest I have gone from 235 with a little muscle and much more fat to 185 with a body better than many of the spartans in the film 300. You sir have been the reason why these fourty somethings who follow your program should be woried about me getting with their college daughters.

hey arnel.
your vids are great i havent come across anything else like it ive been able to do so much in such a short time thanks.
keep up the good work
November 1, 2007 at 8:01 am |
Good informative video. There are some other exercises that can also be done, i’m sure you know them, but please show us. i suggest making one video for all back exercises, and some other videos for the other muscle groups. keep up the good work.
November 1, 2007 at 9:40 am |
My english isn’t so much good.. I just have to say that all that you make is great, i’m restless to see your new website
November 1, 2007 at 9:48 am |
Unlike anything I have seen before and some very interesting concepts. Am sure these exercises are more effective than the norm and stimulate a significant amount of muscle growth and development not to mention fat burning. The exercises are brilliantly executed and the video itself is well presented. Well done and keep up the good work!
November 1, 2007 at 10:36 am |
The videos are great and have shown me new ways to work the abs…especially the lower ones. I’ve been doing sit ups/crunches, reverse sit ups and on an inclined bench…all of which I could do without too much difficulty and pain but your excersises have shown that there is a lot more work! As for cons…the music can get a little annoying…having said that there’s not much you can do about that
November 1, 2007 at 10:40 am |
short but verry informative, good work.
November 1, 2007 at 10:43 am |
In the middle of week 6 of your workout, and Im really amazed with the results so far, the best muscle definition Ive ever had (Im 33 now) and the advice on interval training seems to have been the key in losing the exess fat from the belly.
Improvements could be made to the video, by showing the exercises without the shirt, also a better layed out example of the expected diet, say every meal for a month, with maybe a few pictures of the meals to show the size of the portions, (I took a few weeks to realise I was still eating too big portions per meal.)
Other than that, thanks for kick starting me back into fitness!
Much appreciated
November 1, 2007 at 11:59 am |
hi arnel.
I have a important question. Is It tru that when u work out and get a thin skin then u will lose body hair on legs and chest, because I see all this body builder with great body’s but they have no hair on them so can u please eksplain that 4 me, It’s very important 4 me, Thanks.
November 1, 2007 at 12:01 pm |
Hey Arnel,
Thanks for the video it is really helpfull.I recently started working on your 16weeks workout…when should i do these extra workouts like pullups and more pushups or should i just stick to the 16week program? because on the website you have alot of workouts and im really confused..Am i supposed to do more ?
November 1, 2007 at 12:26 pm |
Hey Arnel
Great work man.You are doing a great job.I really had been thinking about getting six packs for the last 5 years but havent got the motivation.Your motivation helps and i am seriously working on it.Thanks man
November 1, 2007 at 12:31 pm |
appreciate the high quality of the video
where can you buy the pull-up thingee?
thanks for the videos which provide tremendous motivation
November 1, 2007 at 12:52 pm |
The video was, like all the rest, awesome!!! The different variations inspires me to further my workout regime. If I have to give a negitive critique on the video, I will have to say that the number of reps per motion was not included and for a rookie of my stature, I would need this information to keep from pulling a muscle. Keep up the good work and keep the info flowing. I am on my 4th week and can see an enormous difference.
November 1, 2007 at 4:53 pm |
Hey Arnel
Pretty good stuff i’m going to start givinig it a try and stick to your routine, i need to look great before summer and i know for sure your routine will get me into the best shape ever, and thanks for everything.
November 1, 2007 at 7:34 pm |
Arnel,
I really appreciate what you are doing for so many of us. Your site is very practical and very easy to follow and ofcourse very very motivating. I have sent an invite to all my friends as this is the first site that i feel is worth gaining from. Thank you very much.
November 1, 2007 at 7:44 pm |
Great video, I’ve been visiting your sites for a while now and you’ve really inspired me to try and get back in shape. Looking forward to more video tips and advice!
November 1, 2007 at 8:21 pm |
Hey Arnel,
I first want to thank you for starting your original website, which I really loved and it’s great to see how as your physic has changed for the better so has your website. The video gives us all a great sneak peak at what you have in store for us. Thanks to Geovanni for showing us what the new site will have. I can’t wait for the new site to be up. Great job guys.
November 1, 2007 at 10:08 pm |
Hi Arnel, First off thanks for all the hard work you’ve already put into your site I think it’s great and incredibly informative!! I liked how you scrolled through all the variations of the pull-up in your video and how the name of each one was on the screen. I would’ve liked seeing maybe a ticker on the bottom detailing what muscle group each type of pull up addressed and how many should be done for each group ie. beginner, intermediate, etc.., I’d also like noted what combination of pull ups would be a superset.. I hope these comments are helpful. Keep up the great work, I look forward to the unveiling of the final product on 11/13. thanks again, carlos
November 1, 2007 at 10:10 pm |
i would just like to say thank you for all the videos, information and other stuff that you gave us for free!!the video is great!!i wish you a very nice thanks giving day!!

November 2, 2007 at 2:09 am |
just wanna say u are the man. when im working out and trying to eat right i say to myself what would he do? but anyway i dont have sound on my comp so im not sure if u mention it but i never see u say anything about repititions. like for the pull-up how many should we do and how many sets so on.
November 2, 2007 at 2:11 am |
Will you be combining all three of your sites? Personally I hope you do, otherwise my favorites bar is all Arnel.. lol
November 2, 2007 at 4:02 am |
Nice video on the variations of pull up exercises…been a follower of your programs for almost a year now (imagine that, Arnel!)…you have such a great following and I’m proud to be a part of it!
No problems with the video…but maybe a few tips as you do them might help…but most of your videos are very good and just like your other videos – very easy to pick up after watching it a few times.
November 2, 2007 at 2:06 pm |
Arnel,
Your such a greatman giving all these ideas for free with some people like us the pull-ups is kind of tough for me because i had left injury shoulder but i can still do it because of the bands help pull ups. I’m on my 5th week and i’m getting the best result in my life. Can wait to see the result and send to you my photo’s and tell the people you can do it.
Thanks so much….

good video
November 3, 2007 at 12:05 am |
Arnel,
your vids rock dude! It dosen’t have to be professional to get across to people that you have a good workout routine for every one out there, and you’ve proved to people that it’s not about the money it’s about a healthy life style that no other body builder or trainner will hand out for free. you have totally caught my attention and a lot of others, and I know from past preformance that you’ll do your best and people can count on that. i want to thankyou in being diffrent from all the rest .
November 3, 2007 at 12:47 am |
Hi, I am very thankful for your video tips. I am at the point that I can’t do a pull up right now however, I have lost 20lbs and have stopped smoking. that is the best I have done thus far. Look forward to more from you.
Thanks
November 3, 2007 at 4:16 am |
Hey Arnel,
Its cool dude the video can actually be a very good training tips or guide at the same time it would be better if he can remove his top n do the pull ups , so the viewers will have a better and clearer view of which muscle is being worked
November 3, 2007 at 6:28 am |
Looking Good so far. The only criticism i will make is that you do not specify what particular muscles you are working on with each excercise e.g. biceps, triceps, shoulders, etc.
November 3, 2007 at 10:29 am |
Hey,
I’ve just finished week 4 of the 12 week programme. I am impressed with the results so far, I am also surprised at how much stronger i am and also how much more energy I have. I am starting to include the cardio interval training from next week now I have built up extra stamina.
Thanks a lot Arnel
November 3, 2007 at 4:00 pm |

Yo. Nice vid. I just wanted to say that I’m on week 6 of the 12 week workout..and am pretty pleased with the results. I also wanted to say thanks for the quick e-mail response to a question I had earlier. You’re very accesible..and have a genuine concern for the health and physique of people you don’t even know.
Looking forward to the new site.

November 7, 2007 at 2:00 am |
I have been working on the six pack abs workout schedule for about a moth now and i have seen amazing result. For the first time it is nice to be able to not have to suck in the gut and just let the stomach show. My girlfriend is constantly bragging to everyone she knows about how I have a six pack.
November 8, 2007 at 12:56 pm |
sterling , mb u can help me?=D u do this program (all exercies) each day?
November 13, 2007 at 7:50 am |

The work you are doing is impressive and encouraging. Thankyou. I would really like to know more about a nutrition plan. I’ve read much about proteins and vitamins and minerals. Some of the food sources posted on the net are not packaged here the same way, or have different names in this part of the world. Thankyou again and may God bless your efforts to live right.
